hey duotrio i responded to your pm. earlier tonight did you get it. i mentioned that sometimes your english can be a bit difficult to understand. has your right testicle ever been in the scrotum at all. thoes diagrams are very helpful and actually were what i was imagining what was going on. it could be that your testicle floated up into your inguinal canal when it was smaller.... or it never came down then when you hit puberty it got bigger and is now to big to fit through the external inguinal ring. without examining you i cant say for sure but based on what you describe it could be that..... also dutch has a point undecended testicles do have a higher risk of becoming cancerous. has your right testicle aalways been stuck up there or did it use to be in your scrotum. also how long ago did you start puberty and how large are both of your testicles.
Тesticular size I can not tell you exactly but left testicle is slightly larger than the right which is located above the scrotum

ok biomajor, let me see if i can get the info you asked for correct before you get back. its my understanding that when he was born or shortly after he was born it was in the scrotom but then went back up and has never came back down except when he managed to push it down but it wouldnt stay. does that sound right duotrio?
duotrio, how big would you say your testical are compared to a golfball? half that size? quarter that size? somewhere in between?

so the last several time you tried to push your testicle down into your scrotum it wouldnt fit righ? your testicle is too big to fo into your scrotum and it gets stuck. am I right?

Hi, I had the same problem. It is definitely an undescended testicle. I went to the doctors aged 21 to sort mine out, i had an operation to remove it because essentially it was of no use now and could become cancerous. This left me with one testicle working, in the operation they inserted a false testicle in to my scrotum for aesthetic reasons so that it looks like i have 2.
My main worry was that I was infertile and couldn't have children but the doctor said it would not matter. similar to a kidney you can manage fine with one. I now have two children aged 3 & 4 and we conceived first time.
