i am 15 years old and i weigh 260 lbs. and 5'9 i would like to lose weight this summer. I want to be thinner by the time school starts in September. Please help me i have been struggling to lose weight since i was in 7th grade and no success i am also very active thats what I don't understand. I'm going to be a junior next school year and i want to be slimmer. Are there diet pills out there that minors can buy?
joseromero916 - in Feb. of this year, I weighed 260 lbs. I now weigh 182 lbs. It hasn't been easy, but I am doing it by the sheer strength of my will... no pills, no shakes, etc. I'm cutting back on how much I eat (making better choices too) and exercising. I follow a program that has taught me how to do things right. You want to lose weight for good...right? The only way to do it, is doing it right the first time. Pills are a quick fix. I have done that before...13 years ago...and it worked...until I couldn't afford to buy the pills anymore. So I tried it without the pills...then I gained back even more weight than I had put on before. The first step is getting your mind right..your way of thinking. I now do the weight watcher program and it has taught me that food is not my enemy...i am my own worst enemy...if i choose to be. I have to overcome my reasons for eating what I eat and how much of it I eat...not try and fix it short-term. I really think you will regret trying to lose weight by doing it any other way(pills, shakes, etc.) I've heard that the more times you lose weight and put it back on...the harder it is to lose it each time you try. Do this right the first time and you won't regret it.
Hi , im a 15 year old girl and im 260 pounds as well and im 5'9 too. When people look at me they think im like 210 though but i know how much i weigh and thats what bothers me . reading these blogs make me want to try harder but its hard . ive been trying for a long time now and in the last year i gained 40 pounds. i feel digusting sometimes which i wanna eat . i have a boyfriend so i feel more comfortable o eat more but now i wanna stop and go healthy and by the time i finish highschool i want to be 130 pounds . so i undrstand what your saying and i hope all goes well for you :)
I see that this post is from over a year ago, but I just came across it. I used to be 264lbs and one of my friends was 280. We both started a life transformation process and continually work at it still (1 1/2 years later). We are both at 180lbs now and are in the best shape of our lives. We have a Facebook page, I Was 260. There is support in our group and have people from all over who are making changes to their lives.

i gained alot of weight and i've been on the paleo diet. Iwas on a juice diet but i just couldn't handle some of the juices mainly the GREEN ones lol. but hears the paleo blueprint on what it's about. It's worth it.

When it comes to serious approach to weight loss is to be controlled exactly what they are, exercise regularly and avoid any stimulants. So if you really want to lose weight it should begin with a diet to lose weight fast. Eat as much as you need, slowly eat the meals, never eat at the store.

I’m 15 and 260 lbs and I’m 5’5. I hate my body and I’ve tried working out since grade 6 (I’m in grd 10 now) and I just can’t lose weight. I’m huge and I hate my body.
