i woke up and had blotches all over my face and swollen eyelids alll day

I woke up the other day and had an itchy face thinking i was just maybe bit by a bug that day at school people started to tell me my face look red... i thought it was a bit odd and went on with my life. the next morning i woke up and had blotches all over my face and swollen eyelids alll day! need some medical advice quick!! please help
