I woke up with red blister pimple like things on my thigh, but i didn't have an intercourse

I don't know if anyone still gets on here but, I've never had sex before I've been naked with a guy but no actual sex intercourse and I woke up with red blister pimple like things one by my thigh and three by my anal/vagina when I pop them clear puss comes out and then blood?! I'm very concerned and I don't know what to do?! Help anyone?
