Anyways, I weight almost 200 pounds. I want to buy Jen Jolan's ebook, because it's worth a try, but my mom won't me, even though I have more than enough money to buy it. My family also has a membership at the YMCA, and I finally got my card to workout there, but now she won't even let me work out. Monday and Tuesday are the only days I can work out, but those are her days off, and on her days off we "HAVE" to go shopping. I try so hard to lose weight, but she's just a big pain in the ass.
How do I lose weight? I don't care how much I lose each month, I just want to see a difference eventually. Thanks! :-D

I'm 12 year's old and I also weigh about 200 pounds and what I always do is eat protein for breakfast and for lunch I eat salad and sometimes pasta and for dinner I usually eat a spaghetti or health foods like that. I honesty hate water so I drink milk a lot. I try to cut out all sources of candy even chips. Well, my mom died about 2 months ago and I have been eating alot. I chose to stop eating so much and start exercising. Even though I only lose about 1 to 4 pounds every 2 weeks, it is a smart choice. Working out isn't going to help much. You need to find out how many calories you need a day and do not go over that amount of calories in your meal. My name is Ashton, and this is my advice to you.

I mean im 12 and I weigh 113lb and I have a big belly. My BMI says im overweight but apparently 113lb is about average for a 12yr old? I have mental health issues with this but sometimes I snack so much there is a weight difference. I can imagine it must be really hard 4 u considering I already have a big belly. I mean I watch lizzo for support but sometimes I dream that I actually want to get fat sometimes and my mind is like 'well you've got a big belly and ur 113lb so why not eat more?' im stuck too
