Hi i'm Hanna I am 14 years old and I weigh 176.1 lbs and i'm 5'3. I know i need to lose weight but idk how to. I try everything diets some exercise throughout the day etc. But now i find myself gaining weight i was 165 lbs in the month of February. Somebody please help me I can't pay for an excersise trainer its to expensive. Please anything would help.

I weigh slightly less than you, same height and im 20 so i know how you feel. All you need to do is watch what you eat so cut out sweets, chocolate and fast foods. Exercise for at least 30mins a day, so go for a fast walk in the mornings to get your blood pumping the best time is to exercise is in the mornings to increase the rate your body burns fat, so the less fat and calories you eat/drink the quicker you'll lose weight. When I was 15 i weighed 130lbs.
