I haven't hit puberty I think yet,,,,,i do have some pubic hair but no armpit hair and my penis is still like it was when I was little and my voice hasn't changed and I am 15 years old turning 16 in 2 to 3 months and idk whats wrong with me.

I understand how frustrating it is to feel like you are not growing but based on your description you have hit puberty so you should be growing sometime soon. how tall are your parents ? hight it genetic so you usually end up being around the same height as your parents. how large are your testicles and what other signs of puberty do you have? leg abdominal facial or chest hair? no, you should not be like this forever, nobody ever does. It's simply a stage of life, and they just have to own up to what you are dealing with. Trust Me, Doctors Wont care about what size your penis is, and you will likely never see them again unless it's your family doctor. but like wise he won't care. I had to go see a doctor at 13 and my penis was like 3 and 1/2 inches and on his expression, he did not care. so you are doing fine don't worry and see a doctor for help or let it grow.
Well, like another guy said people are uniqe some are late bloomers, but thats an advantage, I tell ya, when I was 11 my voice got deeper, and soon everytime I got a "**" my boxers would rip, and then my dad started asking me if my testies have drop, I was more embarrased than you think.

I'm 15 i have a thick amount of pubic hair I do have voice cracks but my muscles haven't really developed and all of my friends are stronger than me. I am a good height 5' 9" and weigh 120 lbs. I have seen one major change and that is I gained about 25 pounds in about 8 months. I started getting pubic hair in 7th grade but have just started getting armpit hair. I have almost no chest muscles (pecs) and am just waiting for a growth
