I'm a female teenager and I've got a major weight problem. I want to know if I exersize for about 7 hours a day and go on a strict 1500 calorie a day diet, how much weight will I lose in 15 days? I don't have scales so I don't know how much I weigh.
Hi, i would not recommend going on a diet, especially not that strict one. You should just exercise as much as you can but 7 hours is way too much. You should exercise for max 3 hours per day. If you go on this diet it will slow down your metabolism. You need all the proteins, carbohydrates, and fats if you are going to exercise that much. So my advice is dont go on a diet, exercise and you will start loosing weight fast. Other thing you could do is try to avoid eating after 7pm. My friend did this with a daily 1 hour exercise and he lost like 15 pounds a month. Also note that loosing more than 15 pounds per month is not healthy.
