I have thyroid disease and the dizziness doesn't go away with the medication. I'm trying to just learn to deal with it.

This might sound dumb, but are you guys sleeping enough? I have the same symptoms, but I'm aware these symptoms of mine are ewlated to chronic exhaustion due to lack of sleep amd my schedule is too crazy. I usually fix the problem once i have a week off and sleep most of it. Lol it's freaking terrible but it's true

I also feel 24/7 dizzy/off balance feeling for 2 Years now. I’ve done all the tests you can think of! MRI.... ENT doctor... blood tests... they can’t figure out why. I get so depressed over it and it scares me. Most of the time I can’t do things I can’t enjoy

Dizzy 24/7 for the last 14 years. Started suddenly one day at work and it never went away, not for a second. Constant drunk feeling, like my eyes and my brain aren't synced properly. Tried every antidepressant on the planet. Nothing has helped. Sensitivity to light, large stores are awful, worse when I haven't slept long enough.

The only thing that's supposed to help is gaze stability exercises.
