im growing somthing on my gooch area

About 2 years ago....Between my vagina and butt (MY GOOCH) started to swell and was very noticable.Ive had a pap smear and STD tests ran.Came back clear.No ive noticed at the end of my gooch i started growing a little tiny white thing that sticks out and is growing outward...not getting any bigger just long...LIKE a long piece of skin hanging there.....but very thin and small and also another one started to grow on the opposite end i have no clue what it could be im scared to know i havent been to the doctors yet because my insurance hasent kicked in yet.WONDERING IF IT COULD BE A CYST , HPV or what??
