I'm wondering what a 14 year old nipples look like?

Just curious, do you think something is wrong with your own nipples that you need to compare?  Just like every person is unique so everyone's nipples, they come in different shapes and sizes.  Some are bigger or smaller and some have larger aerolas and other smaller.  Men nipples are different than females nipples and breasts.

Mens' nipples in general don't change much, it's the females that change a lot.

Yes, they change. As a young girl they go from looking like guys breasts to forming a larger and darker aerola. The nipple increases in size, but never puffy. As you age the aerola, nipple and breast become larger. Some stay small and perky with aerolas varying in size, shape and color. Some breasts get large which can be uncomfortable and unhealthy as some women have back problems their entire lives from to large of breasts, these women can have breast reductions done. Some women with smaller breasts get breast enlargements.
They can change again after pregnancy with breastfeeding and such. Nipples increase in size again as well as aerolas, this is all for the baby who doesn't have great eyesight to see them better as they are their food. Some breasts go back to regular size while others stay larger. Again, they grow with age (says my mother) I'm 38 and mine have not increased in size after pregnancy or with age - mine are smaller but perky, I usually don't wear a bra - I hate them.

I know you asked this question some time ago, so I trust you've discovered what they look like by now, but...

I suspect that you are surrounded by females of your own age, and so have likely not witnessed the full development of the girls with whom you associate. Since girls' bodies (just like boys) develop at a rate and style that is specific to their genetic blueprint, you're going to just have to kind of wait this out. Girls whose breasts seem small and unassuming at the age of 14 can easily blossom into much larger versions as they mature. This applies to their nipples as well. You should at least have learned from the porn you watch that breasts and nipples -- even in adult women -- come in almost as many types and styles as there are females! No two are exactly alike (which is why the idea of exploring as many as possible is so intriguing to guys -- ok, forget I said that). 

So, VERY generally speaking, a 14-year old's breasts will likely not be as full and round as they will be as she gets older. Her nipples will not be as big or protruding either, and their color will be more as a child's. Yes, SOME girls' breasts mature early (which causes them no end of grief, believe me), while other girls maintain their flatter, less protruding style with tiny nipples into their adulthood. (TO THE GIRLS: Never fear, there are LOTS of guys who will adore your body and find you unbelievably sexy and attractive no matter what size and shape your breasts are, or how YOU feel about what your parts look like, believe me!)
