Hi, I had infentigo few years ago, and it was pretty awful. My sleep was measured by minutes. In average, I slept for about 15 – 30 minutes a day! My parents were going crazy and so was I. We went to see many doctors and I swallowed many pills, but it only got worse. Then we moved in a country and suddenly I started to sleep more. Was it the fresh air, the food, or the whole environment, I`m not sure, but I want to share my experience with people who have infentigo and don`t know what to do.
Hi, I don`t have infentigo (had some sleep disturbances in the past, but nothing like that) but I heard about the girl, she was only 8 when the doctor said she had infentigo. Her parents tried also everything, from hot chamomile tea before bed, tv or radio, to sleeping pills. Pills were working for a while, but in time her organism learned how to beat them. They even took her to church, but still nothing. Now she`s 10 and still can`t sleep but she learned how to deal with that. I think a good exercise can make you sleep like nothing else. I train martial arts and my sleep is deep, I sleep like a baby.
