Not unless its painful or uncomfotable you should be just fine :-)
there's no problem unless if he didn't hurts u.. shud b careful, sometimes small wounds or scratches can occur which can cause uncomfortability. :-P
playing, licking or plain sucking is all part of foreplay and a pleasurable experience - make sure he does not bite or pinch nipples too hard - this can hurt
