You have a pyle cyst, very painful and it will need to be lanced, drained and packed with nuegauze. They can be extremely painful and hot showers, Epsom salt bath with a donut can help. Good luck.

Guys I starting to think that prolonged sitting is what's bringing this about, I have had this happen about 4 times, I'm 32 years old now. started happening in my later twenties. I stand for about 8hrs a day at my job. So I don't sit much during the day, but I feel like I sat and binged on some xbox after work and a few days later im dealing with this problem for the 4th time.
When I was 14 I had a pilonidal cyst removed from my back and they cut off my tail bone to get the cyst out. I was told I can't have kids. Is that true? And if it is, why?
