 Hi wishyouwell,

Sorry to hear that you're suffering from this condition.

Can you leave an e-mail address or some other way that we can get in touch? Rather than discuss it in this open forum.

Hi Chacal

I don't think I can post my email on this site. I think we have no choice but to discuss it here. If you want you can try to post your email but keep in mind everyone will see it.

Thanks

hi I ve been suffering from an irritation that occurs after ejaculation just like u ve mentioned. and for about 2 years till last month. wen this happens i give a bowel movement and spurt out urine drop by drop until i finally empty my bladder and this subdues the pain completely in abt ten min.. my freq of masturbation was 3 times a week...and im sure i dont ve an STD....for the past few weeks i tried something that seems to have worked....No porn- masturbate only with ur fantasies from ur brain and pull or drag the ejaculation to maximum possible time...stop just before climax and start over in 2 min...never force out ejaculation, try controlling until u reach ur elastic limit and until u feel u can never pull back...this worked and i never had the same problem for the past 3 months...i eat spicy foods, alcohol once a week/two...try this and see if it works...cheers

The Pudendal Nerve inflmation or entrapment can cause all your symptoms your experiencing i have researched this stuff for 1 1/2 months and i suffer from alot of the same things you all do, doctors put me on Citalopram SSRI Anti-depressant and less likely to have weight gain and benzodiazapine, such as clonazepam, neurotonin gabapentin and all symptoms seems to be getting better, even been on flomax for 2 1/2 weeks to keep my prostate and bladder muscles isolated from spasming.
I was Diagnosed with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome and the Urologist flat out told me they suck at treating this condition since not much is known about it.

Just to clear up a few falsehoods in this post ... calcified prostate is the result of bacterial infection, not yeast and not "some virus or who knows what". We know what .. it is probably E-Coli or other gram negative bacteria that found it's way form your anus and a home in your prostate.

There may no longer be an ongoing infection .. that is a hot debate among urologist. But as you can see most men are just put on Cipro,

Levaquin and or Bactrim and wait for it to get better.

I went through this .. had a old urologist tell me that it "burns itself out over time". Basically he told me to sit in hot water .. it's called a sitz bath and as the name implies you sit in a bucket of hot .. I mean hot

water for three hours every night for months.

I had the same advise given to me by another less caring and less

articulate HMO uro, he said take "sitz baths". But he failed to go into detail, so like a smuck I sat in a tub of warm to hot water for months which helped but I was only in there for 15 minutes and the pain and discomfort, would soon return.

The old Uro told me to sit my rear down and stay there for two or three hours every night. The water must completely cover your pelvis up to your belly button.

I did as he advised, and believe me it helped.

The old Uro did an Ultrasound and found calcifications exactly where

the pain was most intense. They felt like hot grains of rice crammed up my arse ...

I took it upon myself to masturbate regularly after the sitz bath. Believe me after you soak your butt in HOT water for three hours .. masturbation to ejaculation is must less painful, and I got a sense of

relief from it. I also lubricated my anus and inserted a PROSTATE SELF MASSAGER and preformed a self massage before masturbating. If you want to have a friend do it .. Google "prostate milking" and prostate massage.

Yes, it is a part of the world of homoerotic gay sex lifestyle ... but man come on when your arse is on fire you will try anything ...

Give prostate massage a try and if you do make sure you massage the glad with ample pressure. I suggest you take low doses of Levaquin if you are going to do this, incase you break open an area

where bacteria are dormant (yes, bacteria go to sleep and protect themselves with a layer of slime in hostile environments only to wake up when the coast is clear .. and reproduce).

Try the three hour sitz bath for a month. If you start feeling better masturbate after your sitz bath for another month. Then start experimenting with self prostate massage .. or if you have an open minded partner (wife .. I am straight .. lol) have them massage the

prostate hard and then masturbate to ejaculation.

You do NOT have to travel to the Philippines for this treatment,

as some websites suggest. It is a Home Depot .. DIY type of project

and it works.

If you do nothing else .. sit in a bucket of hot water for three hours every night for the next six months ... I did it .. it worked. Most Uros

recommend it ... BUT NEVER EXPLAIN the proper way to do it.

BTW .. I asked my first HMO Uro about self massage and his exact

words where "people will think you are weird" ... so I did not pursue the subject further .. lol.

Same story here. Another interesting thing is that smoking pot can make it much worse. There is a direct correlation, but I have no idea why. Some specific chemical or something?

To all please have your pelvic floor muscles checked

From the symptoms you describe, it does sound like you could have an enlarged prostate. This could be related to an infection, or it could be a condition known as BPH, or benign prostatic hyperplasia. You are young for BPH; has your doctor evaluated you for chronic prostatitis? This can affect even younger guys and cause the problems you mentioned. Your best bet is to see a doctor who specializes in prostate issues; you might also consider a prostate supplement (health professionals recommend Prostate Ph) to support prostate health; natural botanicals like sang huang mushroom and African plum tree bark found in quality prostate supplements have been shown to have a beneficial effect on prostate health in lab tests with mice.

Hope you get it sorted out!

I would go to a pelvic floor specialist and see how you respond to internal trigger point work. You will be able to tell quickly by your reaction if the muscles surrounding your prostate are having a problem. It may also be important to rule out IC. If you have IC acidic foods may irritate the situation. Chondroitin Sulfate may help some over months. Also rule out internal hemorrhoids as a factor. PS do not try banding if you do. Check out Keesey or ultroid. Some hemorrhoid procedures could send your problem into orbit. Happened to me. Many people with history of IBS have a very hard time resolving this type of problem. Drinking lots of water and having a lot of vegetable fiber in your diet may help over a very long period.

I second the yeast infection comment. Had/have those exact symptoms and got relief from probiotics and diet to starve yeast. Got lax and it came back after 6 months. Going to go back on probiotics and non-yeast diet and I'm almost positive it will go away after a bit.

Hi, I had this problem and it has cleared up. It was diagnosed as prostititus. Pain after ejaculation that goes away when anti biotecs are used and then flares up as soon as I ejaculate again. Also, does nog show up as any infection on tests. I checked out the details on wiki anx self diagnosed. Went to the Dr and was prescribed medication and am fine now. I would recommend looking up prostititus.

Everyone here is suffering from nerve damage in the stomach region and hormone imbalance that was most likely triggered by a combination of any of the following: An infection, food, injury, anxiety, stress, trauma and extreme masturbation. It is now causing all sorts of inflammation in your stomach and pelvic area. Everything from your stomach, colon, inferior vena cava vein, bladder, kidney, prostrate, e.t.c is getting inflamed as a result of your damaged nerves and hormones. A neurologist might be able to help if they have experience on this matter. An endoscopy immediately after masturbation should reveal redness in your stomach and small intestine which may deceive a Gastrologist into thinking you have an ulcer or gastric reflux. Some of you may be suffering from chronic bad breath as a result. Antibiotics will not help. Your only solution is to try some relaxant drugs if you can (Eating highly potent weed with plenty of water before bedtime in the form of pastries will help your system tremendously). Abstain from masturbation for as long as possible. Avoid stressful jobs and stressful situations. Drink plenty of water. Eat less spicy foods and meals that are good for healthy cholesterol. Placing icepacks when you flare up around your abdomen will help relax those nerves too. Your lifetime goal here is keep your sensitive nerves in your lower abdomen away from trouble and also give them a possible chance at recovering. If you continue your current lifestyle, your pain will get worse and no doctor will be able to help you . You may not like what I am telling you, but this is your new reality. Sorry.

I am a 24 years old and have this same symptoms. Went to Urologist and had a CT scan done...He said Kidney stones, I say no I might have them but they aren't moving. I think it is NBPI (Non Bacterial Prostate Infection) usually noticed after ejaculation. Nettle tea works really well with inflammation as well as taking hot and I mean hot (Red Skin) Sitz baths. I hope this helps your symptoms but please consult a Urologist to rule out any more serious complications.

Hi, I want to third this as maybe a yeast infection or a penile yeast(Candida) infection. Here is my story below and sorry for the grammar but I am sure you will finger the works out ;)

Me and my fiance went to bed one 2 weeks ago as normal but this one night like several nights a week we had sex but she has always suffered from yeast infections and as a guy I did not care even though when she first got one about a year ago she told me that I could get it and I blew it off and told her that I don't think I will could guys are rare to get this. So needless to say a year and a half or more cause this is almost a new year right around the corner 2014 is coming up, but any how the next morning I woke up and I had to urinate and right when that first stream went down my penis I felt extreme pain and then stopped the urination and was thinking what is wrong with my one eyed friend now?

So I tried again and it hurt some more but I finished emptying my bladder slowly in sessions until I was done then I had to get on the internet and look this up and just about every place said it was a U.T.I. (Urinary Traction Infection) so I tried cranberry pills and cranberry juice and believe it or not this helped the pain a lot. So I thought I found my problem and maybe it was a U.T.I. So I had to wait out the Fri, Saturday, and Sunday because I had to work so I took some vitamins and cranberry pills in a Ziploc bad to work so I could Urinate at work with out pain then that Monday morning I went to the hospital that would be covered under my insurance and they had me urinate in a cup and prescribed me Cipro (ciprofloxacin) so I got home and read the paperwork and pamphlets before taking the medicine and I had to take 1 pill by mouth 2 times a day so one in morning and other at night and I was also taking this other medicine and it was one pill 3 times a day or when needed and that changed my urine reddish brown and that was cool for about a few days until the pain was better to manage then I lessened the dosage after that until it did not hurt to urinate any more.

but after being on that for 2 and a half days it was not getting better so while I was reading on that I remembered it said on the internet if it is not a bacteria infection then it won't get better and it could get worse so I never took it again and then my doctor called me and I told her that I stooped taking it because it was not getting any better and she told me the lab results came back as no U.T.I. so I was like oh yeah! well that's great to know and would explain why it was not getting better when I was on it and some days felt like it was getting worse also my ligaments were hurting from the Cipro. I told her that I think it may be a yeast infection because that is a Fungal infection and causes the same symptoms of a U.T.I. so she then today prescribed me Fluconazole Tablet USP 150 mg by Teva green and white box like card with one pill but I was given 3 of these and for me to take 1 a day for 3 days and I will see if this helps the prostate symptoms.

She asked me if I had any stomach pains or kidney pains or anything else like back pains and I said no and then she asked me if I burned any more while urinating and I said it stopped when I decided to stop taking the cipro. and has been like that for a week but I noticed my prostate was giving me problems during ejaculating and my anus was burning but not the rectum so I thought it may be Fungal.

So she talk to a doctor and he told her for me to try this stuff and see if that kicks it and if not then I have to see a Urologist so I am hoping this will fix the problem.

I pray to god that it does because I don't want to think what unknown objects will be intruding my anus.

I will bookmark this page and keep you posted so I can help some one with this problem but I bet you anything I was caring this yeast around for more then that year and I have been giving it back and forth to me and my girl and is why she has have the problem so I will have to take her to the OB/GYN and see if I can get her some medicine too.

Until then I bought a pack of 30 Condoms and have been using those until we get fixed and also after that I urinate to cleanse the tip of my penis from any bacteria and wash it with soap and water after every round of sex.

Something I also want to remind you is this started out with a burning on the tip of the penis and is why else I think a yeast infection is causing this problem, and they say if this is what it is you could have an autoimmune issue so I was going to get my blood work done and see if there is anything wrong with my blood work.
