One friend of mine is following this program called Couch to 5k. He explained me that the program teaches you how to change your eating habits and how to start exercising on a daily base. He even told me that this program can transform someone who is lazy to a person who runs 5 kilometers (about 3 milles) with ease.
That sounds really great and I am thinking to try it myself. I am not lazy but I do have a lot of extra pounds and I want to get rid of them. Do you know is this program really effective for weight loss?
