slate pencil is not good for health......i have consumed it for around 20 years and now its all paying me off.....am facing a lot of problem like sever back pain all day...most of the time suffer from ulcer & gastritis and have lots of digestive problem...now i cant eat out much...its been 3 yrs. i stopped eating slate pencil but side effects following it and yes am only 28

i am from chennai. i used to eat box of slate pencil per day. 20-30 pieces. i know its harmful but i cant stop it. even it is not tasty i wana eat them. wasting my many daily 2 boxes @ 20 rp. its very bad. i am gonna promise on my loved one that i am not gonna eat slate pencils anymore to get healthy body. hope u guys will follow this too.. :D
