is fast – 5 just another calorie restricted diet or not?
I have so many questions about this eating plan or diet plan, but I will ask you just a few, for the beginning.
What is the main rule that I need to know about this plan? How to follow?
I am so afraid that this is just another calorie restriction diet. I don't want to count calories anymore! Is this more a lifestyle than a diet?
Do you have any experience with it? I am still looking for a healthy diet.

I have tried all diets. But, I started Fast 5 a few weeks ago, and so far, it is easy. Normal, healthy meals, normal meal times, and it is not bad at all.This is a program I think I can live with. I am looking forward to see how this will work for me.
