For about A week everytime i poop i bleed when i wipe. But stops asap, is it serious? I have a small lump on my anus. I am itchy down there. It only hurts a little bit. I really want an answer not "Go to the doctors". Please I am scared because this is the first time this happened to me. Oh and my stomach feels nautious sometimes. But not all the time.

it sounds like a hemorrhoid, but you should see your doc for examination. In most cases such light-red blood on wipe is just from hemorrhoids but could also be a serious condition, so don't be embarrassed to visit your doctor.
You should try warm baths and eating fiber-rich food for a couple of days to see if this problems would go away.
