I had both my Fallopian tubes removed due to 2 ectopic pregnancies (2007 and 2011). We started IVF in June 2011 and found out we were pregnant in October 2011. I had my twins in may 2012 at 35 weeks. They are 100% biologically my children - they used my eggs and my partners sperm. As long as you have ovaries then they can harvest your eggs to use.

I've never been pregnant but both of my tubes have been removed but some insurance companies will pay for 3 sessions of ivf my doctor said that some women do go that route because it's cheaper that way than out of the pocket

So u had no tubes, and no ivf...and u still was able to get pg? I had my tubes removed last yr 2016, because of my essure devices was giving me problems! I could of opt to have my tubes cleaned out, n still have tubes but the procedure(C-section way) and healing period(6-8wks) wasn't good for me at that moment! Yes I could of waited but I I didn't, because of the pain I was having......But my Dr said I have a very slim chance of getting pg, is this true? Because now I seeing and hearing different! Ovaries are still in place and healthy as well as my uterus

I am living proof (with medical documentation) that I did in fact deliver a healthy 6lb + baby boy - with NO tubes and only ONE ovary.

I had a eptopic pregnant about 2 yrs ago.. They had to remove my tube that was holding my pregnancy. Then the doctor told my husband while I was still in surgery that my 2nd tube was not functioning and I had only gotten pregnant through the tube that was blocked.. I have had 5pregnancies my second pregnancy was the only successful pregnancy.. my daughter was born at 36weeks and weigh only 4,lbs 4oz, I call her my miracle baby... She is 9 and had a 19yr old half brother. From my husband's 1st marriage. So my husband did not want anymore children but I still long for a 2nd child. I would love to have my own son but would be just has grateful and happy if it was s girl.. I still have both my ovaries and a womb. Is it possible for me to have a IVF I only want this if my husband's sperm can be used to fertilize my eggs... Doctors told me it is possible for me to carry a child and having my own eggs would have a good success rate... My ,? Is has this been done how much does it cost and is it safe?

Hi, I've just had one tube removed because of a ruptured tube through an ectopic pregnancy, my consultant thinks that my left tube may need to come out too.
Can I ask what IVF you needed and if you were successful?
Thank you
