Hi marryfakka,
As much as I know you will not harm your body by skipping rope. Just don't over do it. Are you already doing some exercises?

no i do not do any exercises. i just go out for a 30-45 min brisk walk session .. but that is also not daily.

Well then just take it easy. Don't rush your body. Try combining several exercises in a half hour daily routine.

It wont harm your vagina in any way as skipping dose not involve any stretching exercise for your lower body.

I jump rope all the time, it is a brilliant aerobic exercise, you really feel the burn and it gives a sense of achievement when you start to become good at it as it is an artform. The most likely harm you are going to get is when you are a rookie and you get rope in the face, trip up embarrassingly on the rope or when swishing it around smack yourself in the side. All temporary pain for permanent gain!
