You haven't given enough information to say whether your hymen is ruptured.
To find out whether it is intact or not, you can look at it using a hand-mirror.
Also you might be able to feel. Hymens typically have a small finger-sized hole (to let period blood flow out)
If you want to retain your hymen, be very careful with fingering!
