Hi, I need some answers related to pet’s health. My father just got himself a dog, and I have to admit that I really like that puppy, but I am also a bit worried for it. My father smokes almost two packs of cigarettes a day and I know it always bothered me; will that secondhand smoke influence pet too?

Well, most of the animals on this planet function by using oxygen, and that means that anything that disrupts that process and damages the lungs is bad. And that includes nicotine, no matter who inhales it. And there are also some species that are not that resistant to nicotine as humans are, so they are in even more danger.
