Today i tested my Pregnancy- with home Urin test kit. Its Shows - C block- Thick line and T block- Thin line., Will this mean Positive??

Yes the c stands for control and t stands for test in most home pregnancy test. Since your control had a thick line it appears it was working properly and the test line was there no matter how thick or thin it was reading you have the hcg hormone in your body which is only produced when your pregnant. I suggest making an appointment with your doctor and they will confirm your pregnancy with another urine test or a blood test. After they get a positive they will put you on prenatal vitamins and your journey begins. Congratulations
