I have unprotected sex with my wife regularly but always pull out before ejaculation. However, it seems that my wife might be pregnant from pre-cum. We were not planning for a second baby but we would happily welcome another one. My question is: is the sperm in pre-cum a healthy one? What is the difference between the normal sperm (from the actual ejaculation) and the one from "pre-cum"?
Hi, there is no difference what so ever in sperm that has leaked out into precum to the sperm in normal ejaculation fluid that is why the pull out method isn't a safe form of contraception.
