Could you get pregnant if you have anal sex and he ejaculates inside of you? My boyfriend and i just tried anal sex, he came inside of me & i quickly pulled my panties up, i did not have time to clean up... I couldn't clean up within that first few minutes. I'm a virgin so i'm really scared. It was a one time only thing, i have already discussed this completely with him and he wants to get a contraceptive pill (plan B) but i do not want to take it because i heard it creates problems with your menstrual cycle. I'm 18, and old enough to understand what i did was wrong.. But I would really like to get this question answered as soon as possible so please, does anyone know?

Sperm needs to get INTO your vagina for you to get pregnant. Anal sex, by itself, will not cause a pregnancy.
Whether any semen got into your vagina we can't predict.
