Of course we get splits in the skin from doing it hard like that but what is it that's actually tearing? If it's your frenulum that may not be a bad thing if you can stand the pain. I tore mine several times when I first began having sex. Eventually it became separated enough so it no longer restricted the movement of my foreskin.
