So I am a little paranoid about this. I have an underwear with little amounts semen the other day and washed it with female underwear is there a danger of pregnancy in the female's part? Our washing machine washes 3 times can the semen and sperm spread to the other clothes? Can it still make the woman pregnant if mixed in their underwear. Because according to others dead sperm can still impregnate a woman is it safe for me to assume not?

It's perfectly safe.
Sperm can't survive long outside the body and soaps/detergents would kill it. It would also die when it dries.
