Um, well, I'm a 14 yr. old male, done with puberty. And I am in need of some help here. My penis seems to be covered in these little bumps, that accumulate to make it look quite disgusting. It's extremely itchy and red. I haven't had sex either so, tell me what this could be here. It's bad man, it's bad. :'(
