If you have an itchy foreskin and you're having all of these probelms, why not just consider getting a circumcision? It'll eradicate all future foreskin problems.

Earlier tonight i had an itchy foreskin so needless to say i gave it a good scratch but couldn't relieve myself of the itch. Stupidly i then cleaned my penis with a facial wipe which resulted in my foreskin swelling up. I then went down stairs to look for some inflammatory tablets but had none so i decided to put savlon inticeptic cream on it which was fine, i then put ibuprofen gel on to help the swelling which resulted in a really stingy burning sensation and just made the swelling worse
Any help would be really appreciated because im really panicking !!

I am having dryness and itchy at the top of my foreskin. The skin becomes contracted and when I pull it down to urinate it hurts and also in the process there will be cuts in the skin. However, blood doesnot come from the cuts..its very painful. I am washing it quite often and now the white substance in the penis head is gone. Is it a yeast infection. I am also putting MICONAZOLE NITRATE cream, but it is not helping. IT has already been 2 months since this problem. Please help.

It's possible that you are allergic to the soap you are using. Some soaps can irritate the mucus membranes found on the head of the penis. Try switching soaps to something milder, possibly one that contains aloe vera.
i think your best bet is to see a doctor.
People here need to stop saying "Get a circumcision". we know that is an option, but come on! Is that all you say to all penile problems? "Get a circumcision".

I've had itchy foreskin (inside) issues off and on during much of my adult life. I finally had a doctor tell me that it was a yeast infection and that Monistat would work! I was a little embarrassed to buy the Monistat because it's a vaginal product, but I purchased some and rubbed it into the inner foreskin and head of the penis and it worked really well to clear up the problem! I still use it off and on when any irritation occurs.
yow people i think i know the problem this is cased by not cleaning your pines so simply dont laugh cuz i kind of masturbated and i heard the sperm usually cleans your pines skin so just master bate and then you’ll see all the white infection gathering (not sperm) and then you take some toilet paper clean it up and then go wash it with some worm water and it will be as good as new i did it daily and naw its over dont panic just clean you pines more often :)

I think the best thing is to leave it alone once you are sure all it is is a yeast infection, putting more things on your penis only irritates it. Keep it clean and let it clear up.
