hi I've had the same symptoms but mainly just mild to medium and sometimes severe. I don't get yellowish discharge but I still masturbate and get like a mirky white discharge if I squeeze it out. I had unprotected sex about two months ago and I only got symptoms now.  I think it's from my little kitty pool because it was really green and stagnant and dirty and I was scrubbing it down. My friend was with me and they said they had a typical itch after going in the water. I went in the water last week and I'm just looking for answers or what to do
