OK, you can ejaculate if you're having wet dreams. That means that there is nothing physically wrong with you and that you are sexually healthy.
Not everyone can ejaculate by traditional masturbation - up and down stroking the shaft. Some guys need to do "humping" motions. Everyone is different.
Some pains are normal growing up.
