Ok, Yesturday I just had sex for the first time, well, not really sex. My boyfriend just stuck the "head" of his penis in me. We didn't use a condom and he didnt ejactulate in me. Afterwards I had terrible stomach pain. The next morning I found a little jelly like distarge. It was clear but had no smell. I'm really worried I'm only 14. My boyfriend has had sex 6 different time though. I regret having sex afterwards. I just need a awnser to what this is coming out of me, if it will last, and why its there. :-( Please awnser asap

I am almost 43 and I have been having the same thing with the discharge....Its just comes and goes infrequently and at first i though it was just my period starting..Thing is cos of my age and the fact that over the last 18 months my periods have been more o less non existant i just thought i was going through the change early...Its not bothering me in any way really....It doesnt smell or itch or anything like that its just noticeable when i go to the loo....I too, lke another lady said earlier,I dont wear underwear, unless im on my period so when i get this discharge its just inconvenient...I do have a slight dull ache in my lower abdomen but nothing to shout about...Anyway after saying all this, does anyone have any idea what could be causing this because like I said, its not bothering me in a way that its a problem, but it is worrying me a little cos it doesn't seem normal..... ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** private e-mails not allowed **

Ive been reading this article and it really helps alot. Im 42 and ive been noticing the jelly like clots monthly and was concerned. I still would like to know if its also a sign of early menopaus.
It's more than likely cervical mucus that you have when you're most fertile. Happens to me too.

Hey, so today ive had exactly the same thing, a jelly type substance, however i have used the morning after pill within the last week and the other night I had sex and the condom broke again, my period is a few days late however i am experiancing period pain, i was wondering if the substance could be a sign of pregnancy but then i thought it is too early, someone please help???

I have recently gone off birth control (yet to have a period off it) and started experiencing this jelly like discharge also. After reading a lot of the feedback here and remembering back to Human Bio at uni (struggling!) I'm also pretty convinced this is to do with ovulation. To clarify, BC pills stop you ovulating. So it would make sense that the reason I haven't experienced this before (or remember experiencing it) is because I haven't ovulated in about three years (since I started taking BC). I don't think any of you have too much to worry about, obviously see a doctor if you're really concerned! I just became concerned because I can't remember my last period and was thinking I could be pregnant!

No no no, I don't think so. Its natural for women, especially recently sexualy active women to think that anything that there vagina does thats different means they are or could be pregnant. Take if from a 19 year old who has taken about 6 negative pregnancy test, don't stress and if you NEED to, buy a test... but if your like me... you'll still think "but what if its wrong" for like.. 3 months.. lol
