I read some here where it say that Kegel excercises will help a guy with PE.

I googled many sites today, one outright said it doesn't work (but they were selling something), but all the others WebMd etc did not mention it at all. None of them did :-(

They all talk about "the squeeze method" which requires a partner.

What if you need/want to practice SOMETHING on your own?

Kegel?
Suggestions?
I was wondering the same thing?
