Hi, I am a 22 year old female.
Recently I was having sex with my partner of one year and when he accidentally slipped out discharge came out of me. a few seconds later I realized that it was urine. I also realized that a little bit of blood came out as well.
This is not the first time I have had this urine problem, this happend once before with someone I was with 2 years ago.
What can this be?
Is this a bladder issue and can it be treated?

Look, there are doctors who believe this is urine and that it could happens because of the irritable bladder or a weakness at the neck of the bladder. If you are sure this is urine, I mean if it smells like urine, then you may try to empty your bladder before six, drink less coffee and alcohol, do not drink more than 1.5 litres of fluid per day or talk to a doctor about it and see if you could get a treatment like a drug that could influence your bladder.
However, there are many doctors who belive in the female ejaculate. I am no doctor but I also believe inthis theory because it happens to me too and I know it’s not urine.
It is fluid that does come out of the pee hole but does not come from bladder but Skenes glands that are located under the g-spot area. This happens only during sexual arousal, to some girls only after an orgasm to others even without an orgasm.
This fluid has been tested and it turned out to contain some levels of glucose and an enzyme (prostate acid phosphatase). It is similar to the prostate fluid from male ejaculation. Urea and creatinine have also been found in this fluid but in small amounts and these substances are also present in urine.
It’s been a while since it happened to me but I did experience this as well. First I thought it was excessive vaginal discharge until I heard about this ejaculate.

i experienced something like that a few times before. my boyfriend was fingering me and it felt like i had to pee...really bad ! it just felt really strange so i made him stop so i could go to the bathroom but when i got in there, i didnt have to go. it was really weird.
When the g-spot is stimulated a lot you'll feel the urge to go but if you just sit back and relax eventually the feeling will go away and you'll have one of the best orgasms of your life. It will build up and build up and when you feel the orgasm coming on and you squeeze down your muscles you can expell this fluid (not pee) and it makes your orgasm 10x better. When I first did it I was alone and thought it was very strange and didn't want it to happen with my boyfriend becuase he might think it was gross, but when it happened he loved it! He felt good about giving me such a gushing orgam. Just make sure you have towels down if you plan on doing it, sometimes there can be a lot of fluid.
Is this why you csn not stop going? No controll!!!
Is this why you can not stop or control the fluid from coming out?
Hi, I have been trying to find out if anyone else is having the same problem as me, with my last sexual partner, we were very active and whilst most sexual positions were fine, certain positions would make me wetter, at first i thought it must be to do with the size of the penis and the orgasm as i never felt the urge to have a wee (i have had this before and distinctive so would take myself off to empty my bladder) but then the one time i had a top on and when i got home, it smelt like wee!!! I was so embarrassed and was concerned what he might think of me if it were on his bed sheets :-/ I have tried to prevent it by ensuring I empty my bladder before we start but it still happens!! I know a way round this may be to not do the sexual positions where it happens but that's no fun! I am considering discussing it with my doctor as it is having an affect on my confidence but thought I's see if anyone has any advice to offer!??
I forgot to mention, I am in my 20's and hope this isn't an incontinence problem!!!!
i'm 18 and have been having the same problem!!! it only happens when i'm on top, and it's only ever happened with my most recent guy. i want to be able to talk to him about it, or maybe even a dr. but i'm kind of shy and don't want to feel weird. help...
