Hi does anyone know or have done a landmark education forum?

Because I have registered to do one, at the cost of $110 AU but I am now having second thoughts and its non-refundable the deposit. I would rather spend the money (remainder for the forum $465) on a nutrition / exercise program personally made for around the same cost. Any idea's on what I should do? Or has anyone done it that thinks it may still be worth persuing. The reason I was going to participate in the forum was to find out the psychological issues tied up with my weight gain and how I can undersand it better to overcome and then lose it.... If that makes sense.... 8-|
I have attended one of those forums before. about five years ago. It really had me thinking. I made a lot of changes in my life after that. It was a graduall change. It is definately educational and inspirational. But, if you want to lose weight, you just have to be open to the possibility that anything in possible. You need to make a concious decision to change. I have been running a little every night and doing 100 crunches in the morning before work, eating healthy (vegetables and more vegetables!) and cutting my portions down. it has really worked for me. but it is all in your hands and that is exactly what the forum is going to teach you. so you can make your decision based on the information ive given you. hope it helps

Thanks zeelovely, it was helpful hearing that, and I have decided to go through with the course, I think its a good oppertunity to do something for myself and really improve things for myself in my life and relationships and thinking.
It's great to hear it worked for you and gives me a sense of hope for the forum. And I have begun to realise if I want something to change 'i.e. weight loss' I do just have to get in the groove and make it happen. :-D

Ragweed grows throughout the United States but mostly in the eastern states and in the Midwest and causes a significant number of fall allergy symptoms such as runny or stuffy noses, sneezing, and itchy eyes, nose and throat.
