Hi - since last 3 months my left testicle is getting slight pain and this is not often.... i feeling pain sometimes only..... anyone help me... what might be the issue?

Do you notice any swelling or any lumps?
It could also be as a result of some trauma or an infection. i'd suggest you see a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
