This is not a question, but more like a theme for casual chatting. I just want to express how I like running and how it makes me feel great. I’d recommend this activity to everybody, regardless of their age, health and constitution. It will do you good. So, whenever you’re down and want to feel better, just get out in the street, or go to the park and just let your feet be your pilot.

Let me join to this ode to running. I must say that I used to feel a strong dislike towards running before I started practicing it. I though I could never do that and I didn’t even want to try. But, at one lousy period of my life when everything was falling apart and when I wanted to get rid of a few extra pounds, I decided to give it a chance. And little by little I liked it. So, I started running regularly. I felt like a million dollars. I was fit, and my stomach and leg muscles became flexed. Another thing is that this activity is one of the most affordable, because if you’re an amateur all you need is a god pair of shoes. The rest is not that important. Running rules!

I'm at the point where running is almost becoming enjoyable for me. It used to be something I absolutely dreaded, but now it's just... something I do, I don't mind it at all. Definitely clears my head, makes me happy to continually surprise myself by running greater distances. I mean, 6 months ago I could never run a mile. I barely could run half a mile and that was only if I jogged the straights and walked the rounded edges of the track. Nowadays I'm running 2+ miles up and down hills nonstop. It's not much compared to others here, but for me it feels really good.
