lines on shaft of penis

i have lines on the shaft of my penis almost like stretch marks but deeper and red in between they run up and down the shaft of my penis, but stop just under my circumcision line. im not sure if it was caused from not using any lubricant when masturbating when i was younger or if its something else. the only other way i can describe the way it looks is like the creases on a persons fingers. the skin isnt dry and ive tried using different things to get rid of them but nothing works.
