Everybody hates something about themself , well, i hate my weight as it make me miserable and depressed. 

So i made this list of things i hate about being overweight. 

1. I look like c**p

2. Everybody looks at me in disgust 

3. I can't wear the clothes I really want

4. Resolutions

5. Summer

6. Low self esteem

7. Thinking about being fat constantly

8. Feeling inferior

9. Cellulite

10. Stomach resting on lap when i sit down. 

.... Can anyone relate and continue this list....

Instead of making a list and making yourself feel even worse about yourself, why don't you do something? If you want a lower weight try getting involved in a sport or an exercise regimen. Talk to your doctor to make sure it isn't hormonal or talk to a nutritionist to see if it's what you're eating that is making you overweight. And finally boost your self esteem by trying to find at least on thing positive about yourself everyday. Try looking at the world in a different light and look at your body in this same positive light. Take action and stop making lists that get you down! You're beautiful just remember that! Somebody really helpful on her helped me begin my journey to lose weight with shake ideas with nuts bananas and other fruit also replace any suger based drinks with water you will only notice the difference if you excersize aswell. I cant make you try to becone healthy. Nobody can. Only you can choose if you truely want to be healthy.. hope this helped you rather than make you feel bad like the list..

I agree with Giny1470 and judesage. This list negative; however this list is not as negative as they say. 

It's good that you are "releasing" some of your inner feeling to us. It will make you feel better.  

Sure, many of us can relate to your little list, but instead lets focus on the good side. I know that "Look on the bright side" is a way overused expression but it can't hurt to try.

On the other side maybe you like to feel this way? Some people do.
