im 19 and i got loads of frikkin whiteish redish spots there like little moles slash spots n im thinkin wtf is this sh*t on my dingle dangle lol propa worried they seem to get so big and then become fragile and knock of very easily someone helppppppppp !!!!!!!
u should go see a doctor for that i know im not much help but i recommend going to see a doctor
