i am 14 and i have had little yellow spots around this middle of my foreskin my doctor said it is perfectly normal but i am still worried as my girlfriend has asked me if i want to have sex, obviously like i think anyone would i sed yes but now im worried, any advise ? %-)

yea i am 16 and hace the same problem i am glad to have found that a lot of other guys have it and it is normal and i also have never done anything sexual i have not lost my virginity.
but i had these 2 spots close to eachother that looked exactly the same but they were bigger and then after about half a year one got really really red and sore but still had a cheesy looking head on it and i am now really worried.

I'm having a similar problem that some of the above people have mentioned, I'm 15, and have had those small spots on my penis/Scrotum that are like, half a mm wide -the one's the hairs grow out of- but just recently I've noticed a fairly big spot which is similar to a facial spot and I'm not sure what I should do, so please any advice would be appreciated.
I am also 15 and have these i got a few small white spots but i got a big yellow one that i dont like the look of i wont let anyone down there while i got that :S %-)
Well guys Ive found out that this is perfectly normal for teen's as it's just like som1 telling you where your pubes are going to grow :-D
Hey, guys! im 13 years old and i am having the same problem as you and i am very relieved to hear it is normal. but there is a few differences: it is mostly on the shaft of the penis, none of them is red, i have had none experiences with anyone of them popping!
im wondering if this is the same thing. as fare as i know, none of my friends have it! (i think that if they had it they would have told me)

Yeah... to all the younger guys... it's normal. I'm 20, and I've had these things on random parts of my penis ever since I was 12/13. If you scratch at the bumps, which are just inflamed hair follicles, they will become red and bleed/ooze. So leave them alone!

Well Im 14 and i have maybe 8-10 of these small yellowish dots on the front base on my penis and kinda on my top middle scrotom, i didnt notice them till i started getting hairs there when i was 13, im scared but my parents say there nomal, i havent gone to the doctor yet. :p
Listen guys, I've lived with these things for over 20 years now. The medical answer given by someone else is the correct answer but it doesn't help your confidence.
I've had about 25 sexual partners, married to the girl I've been with for the last ten years, got one daughter and another on the way. If your symptoms are like mine then you are probably going to have a life no more or less than perfectly normal!
When I was young I was concerned about girls finding out and thinking I had an STI or something. Very few have noticed and those who did seemed to know more about the condition than I did. Some girls even had the same problem, although no where near as bad as mine. Some girls have similar problems around their nipples so they are fully aware.
I've read and been advised about it so many times and most of the stuff is complete rubbish or makes no difference.
However there was one article that I particularly remember. It was talking about these lumps/spots or whatever they are and saying "do you remember being able to buy spotted or ribbed condoms as a teenager? Do you remember the tag line? Ribbed for her pleasure! Perhaps your partner should actually be grateful you've got these things that can stimulate her and making love can be better with you than with other guys."

Occasionaly one of the lumps will get bigger, sore and end up like a spot, when squeezed will give out pus. This just reaffirms the midical explination - blocked folicles/pores - like on your face.
I suffer from these spots really badly, not just on my genitals but also around my nipples and on my lips - millions of tiny little things.
Apart from effecting my confidence, nothing has ever really happened because of them. When I talked to my wife about them she looked at them for 2 minutes and then we got on with life. And no, my wife is not a reasonable woman at the best of times - it just didn't make any difference to her.
Every time you feel bad about it just remember I felt that I would be alone and partnerless for the rest of my life. I was very badly wrong.
Do me a favour now you have read my story. In 10 or 20 years time when you are living a normal life (and you will), leave a post like this for other teens to let them know that unless something strange really is going on (redness, soreness etc) they will end up just like you - normal as normal gets.

hi, im fourteen, no sexual activiti and I have hundreds of little yellow and whit like flat spot things on the end of my penis ( when you pull bck fourskin ) it looks horrid, i tried using a wipe to wipe them off but they dont come off, any help plz?
hi im fifteen, i think i have the same thing that everyone else in this lobby is talking about. I have yellow/whitish spots around my penis and my genitalia area. If i pulll back my forskin they are around the rim of the tip of my penis. I have had no sexual contact envolving my penis. There not painful or anything, just weird to look at. What woukld a girl think if she saw them!! Whats going on????
