hi im sixteen and ive had the same problem since i was like 12 and i just ignored them. i did find out what they where like 2 years ago and stopped worrying then saw them again today "was like omgwtf" thats why im here again :P
anyway there nothing there just hair follicles the yellow stuff is smegma or something (i forgot) if you have a really serious case then just wash a lot more or get a new type of soap (they are just like spots the more you wash the less there will be)
just ignore them (not so much that you forget about them though and start getting freaked out)
iv had them for time ther normal and im circumsized so yh its all good lads nothing to worrie about
