The best way to loss weight is exercise and proper diet, It's not effective if you only do exercise without proper diet.
One misconception about going to the gym is people assume that if they work certain parts of their body, the fat from that area will go away. Although exercising that part of your body can tone up the muscles, it is not assured that fat from that area will be burned. People also assume that If they go to the gym, they can eat as much as they want. That's wrong. Remember, losing weight starts in the kitchen. Start lessening your portions and fatty foods. Before eating something, think, "is there a healthier alternative?". Eat more fruits and vegetables. I recommend counting calories, but that is not all you should do. Try looking at the fat and sugar content of foods. Yes, Continue exercising! But also you must be mindful of what is going into your mouth. Also, You should not deprive yourself, If you do this, everything will backfire. Do not consider this a "diet" consider it a lifestyle change. Good Luck. - Nadine
If you have a weight problem I can help , that is why I am here to help people and maybe be helped. Get your mind right first and don't worry about anything. Start by eating a variety of foods, like fish, vegetable, salads, with no soft drinks, sweets or bread, Drink grapefruit juice about twice a week before bed. This must be followed every day for a month. Then at the end of a month, you can pick a day a week preferably the same day of ther week and eat just aboput any thing you want. Every one is different of course, but I have been there and I know. Then the other 6 days a week go back to eating the regular things I have suggested. If you follow this to a t and do not drift from this I can almost guarantee you to lose weight.
