I gave up drinking last year, and have been alcohol free since January 1 2008. I'm very proud to see that my life is a lot better now, but do have some liver weight to lose. Can I get your thoughts about this? There are probably diets especially for that kind of weight loss, but I am no expert. I am in it for the long haul, so I don't mind how long it takes. Any advice would be great.
