You're joking right? You know what that does to a person do you know how bad that is for you. What if that women became anorexic because of your reply. Words hurt okay so be more mindful about what you say. To anyone that wants to lose weight everyone is different and it's time for us as a society come together and realize it. LOVE YOURSELF. And trust me i've been there i get it but this is coming from someone that lost 40 pounds for just loving herself.

Hi..im confused on this whole thing. You weight what and you're how tall? Im alittle pissed actually. Im 5'4 and 176lbs and your bitching to be about 100lbs. Yea you dont need to lose weight you need to tone and you definitely need help

Loosing weight is not impossible as early possible.But if you exercise daily and follow some diet then definately you wii get result.

AHHH! Don't do diet soda, research shows that it makes you hungry. Whenever I drink diet soda I am starving all the time. Companies don't care about gaining weight. They care about making money off of you with the trick of ZERO CALORIES. Great post though, not sure you'll ever see this message in return, but thank you for everything!

Have you tried going whole food plant based? No oil, meat, eggs, cheese. Just eat plenty of whole plant foods. As much as you want, but not fried! Don’t let yourself get hungry. Keep up the fibre in your diet with beans, lentils, Veges and fruit. You will improve your health eating like this. Look up nutrition facts.org and read som articles. You will lose fat and get a healthy heart in the process. Try it!

Hey, that's really great tricks. Especially water drinking. I started drinking 2-3l every day, a half of glass before and after every meal and I feel full and don't need desserts or snacks. I know it's hard, but ones who wants to lose weight need to restrain themselves from sweets. They are having too much calories and very easily your diet regime is in the vain. Like this user said, whoever don't like to work out, can just go to the walk. I got a dog and 25-30 minutes per day is great form of exercises for both of us.

Hi, guys. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months with small alteration to my diet. I started low carb diet with some delicious recipes from a book I found online; stopped drinking fizzy drinks; limited sweets intake to just one day per week and started hitting the gym 3-4 times per week for about 1-1.5 hour.
Fast weight loss can bring you many negative side effects, so I wouldn't recommend it. You need to be patient and stick to your plan in order to accomplish something. And, after you reach your goal, keep doing the same for a while, because it is very easy to gain back all the weight you lost.
