Have you tried going whole food plant based? No oil, meat, eggs, cheese. Just eat plenty of whole plant foods. As much as you want, but not fried! Don’t let yourself get hungry. Keep up the fibre in your diet with beans, lentils, Veges and fruit. You will improve your health eating like this. Look up nutrition facts.org and read som articles. You will lose fat and get a healthy heart in the process. Try it!
