Ugh, it's hard to even know where to begin. I know that I am overweight, and that I should build muscles where the fat is at the moment. I know that I eat too much, especially sweet stuff. I don't even really enjoy it; it is just part of my life, and something I happen to do. I think exercise will make me lose weight as well as taking away the urge to stuff my face. Can any specific type of exercise?
I've had a lot of luck with military style exercises myself. I do them together with my boyfriend. Army physical training is designed to be "portable" so you need no expensive equipment. A lot of the exercises are partner assisted, so for instance, instead of barbells you just use your partner for resistance. Just google "army physical training". You can find the manual online.
