I am totally and utterly fed up with my obesity. I have been desperately trying to lose weight for round about a year now, and almost nothing has come off yet. Time for a more serious approach to weight loss. I need your tips on how to lose lots of weight quickly. I know I can do it, I just don't know how!
I have the same problem I used to be fit and healthy but for the last ten years or so I have put on more and more weight, to the point that finding clothes which will actually fit me is a total nightmare, and I avoid looking in the mirror at all costs. I am sure that is one of the reasons I have been single for four years now, which means ever since I got divorced. I am just not attractive to women like this. I am sorry to say I have no tips for you, but I will be watching this thread for answers as well.
