I have a huge, hard lump under my skin on my vagina.. like the top of it. It's been there before but it went away and it is now back. But I have two this time. One small one and one big one. They hurt to touch and I don't want to pop them, cause I don't want to irritate them. What should I do? I'm scared of it being an STD or something.. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get rid of it? Not sure if this matters but I am sexually active and I do shave down there. Thanks!
