Hi.
My left testicle develops a small soft lump while i masturbate, but when I ejaculate it goes away almost instantly. It is located behind my left testicle, slightly above the bottom.
Is this the epididymis or is it something else? I have read that the epididymis can be felt on the top behind the testies, so I am still unsure. I don't think it is cancer because those lumps are suppose to be hard?
What do you guys think? Thanks in advanced.
I doubt its cancer but a doctor would know what is best

I have it too, I don't think it's aids or cancer just speem probably
